I once hurt my finger lifting a 25 lb plate, so I'm sure that you could get a nose bleed from 1005 lbs.

well i never handed off 1005 either. we got a few hittin 6 at our gym but thats it. i have lifted off 750ish one time for the guy in the pic i posted. he lives about 2 hours from here.

doug kline is gonna be a our gym today setting up a monolift he made (karins hubby). also our new owner has loui making a reverse hyper for us. should be here in the next couple of weeks.

i like my gym. just wish i could get there more regularly. oh well. maybe someday.
