Im using circuit. 6 excercises and 4 times around the circuit. all high rep to failure. I was doing a upper body / lower body / cardio split but have decdied to change it up. .
I've gained half an inch on my arms !! (but they are still small)
Well for me, I still stay with a four day split program, keeping my rep range between 8 and 12 reps. I still increase the weight with each successive set. I add in cardio when I'm trying to cut up more. I don't do a lot of extra cardio as I stay quite lean naturally. My cardio comes from my heavy bag work and skipping. For me, if I want to get more cut, I just have to clean up my diet.
