Glutes sore on squat day...

Its leg day and my glutes/hammys are still sore from doing deadlifts 2 days ago. Am I overtraining these muscles by lifting sore? Should I do rack-pulls instead of deads to take the ass out of it? :laugh:
 
I'm switching to a 3 day split (1 muscle/wk) so i'l do legs on tues and back on fri. that'll give me the 72 hrs and hopefully i can get my hump to start growing :moon:
