Glycemic index and glycemic load (and how its effected by proteins and fats)

If you keep scrolling down and look at the results from mixed foods, see how proteins and fats effect the GI and GL of carbs, its interesting to see how GI and GL dont really apply for us bodybuilding since we are eating proteins and fats with every carb meal anyway. i am not saying we should be eating sugars all day long but we dont have to stick to the lowest GI carbs such as oats, beans, yams and sweet potatoes. please someone correct me if i am wrong but i am seeing suggestions here that when cutting even brown rice and pastas should be avoided..
