GM and DEAD

I would only go heavy on one. Pick one for heavy set, low reps and do that first. Do the other as an accessory excercise, more reps, lighter weight.
 
I see. Been wondering about that for a long time..never tried them both together as of yet...will keep in mind of advice. thanks
 
GMs are more of a squat accesory, but you can do them on the same day. GM's hit my hams and glutes more than my low back. I would probably pull one day and do GM's after i squat.
