wonderin' if y'all can help me with this;
i want to incorporate good mornings into my routine again, after a long while. i used to do them on back day, would you say that's a wise thing to do? or should i do them on leg day?
if i could get a quick answer, that'd be great 'cause i'm about to train back and traps in about an hour or so.
