Going for a restart....MAYBE found a good Doctor!

I would take Mega's advice....
even though this doc that treated you should be responsible for ordering the labs at 1 month and 2 month intervals after stopping....

So I will just wait it out then. I will retest my bloodwork in April.

If it stays then I guess I am good to go. If it drops back under 300 then what should I do next?

run a proper restart or make a decision about HRT (either HCG mono protocol or T jabs)

Okay so we are now at 6 months after the clomid treatment and I did a Female Panel from Privatemdlabs yesterday....results are in. Test was taken at 8:30am on a 12 hour fast.

We were wanting to hear from you back in April Johnny.
Don't just disappear from the board for 6 months and come in to rehash old threads.
You should be hanging out with us on a regular basis.
You're on the verge of TRT land....

Your labs don't look half bad.
I have the same TT as you but with 36.5 pg/ml estradiol.
You never told us how you are feeling.

Sorry about that just has been a very busy summer and had to wait for things to slow down a bit. Also I had to get my own testing as my physician would no longer write me a script for one.

Feelings are all over the place. Manic one day and depressed the next. Just weird that my numbers were at 260 to 270 before any treatment. Now 6 months later after the 2 week clomid treatment my baselines are at 430. No idea what I should do now.

It comes down to how you feel. You have a healthy LH and FSH, with E2 on the low end of things. I personally don't feel good in the 400ng/dL range, but we're all different.

I'm not telling you to hop back on the needle, but you're looking primary hypogonadal to me (borderline) which will decrease even more over time most likely. Whether or not you want to beat this likely decline and go back to test injections is completely up to you, but I would definitely give it some serious thought.

My .02c :)

What is a good E2 level? I need to look back and see where it was for my first baseline.

So basically it has gone:
272 Baseline
7** After 2 weeks clomid
5** 30 days after clomid
430 6 months after clomid

I am thinking about retesting again in 30 days and then maybe trying to start that impossible job of find a good physician.

Everyone has a different 'sweetspot', but typically between 20-30pg/mL.

If 2 weeks of Clomid had that result, I would be tempted to try and give it a longer run. How did you feel while you were on it.

It has been so long I don't remember but I don't believe I felt much different. Very briefly 3 or 4 days in my sex drive went up but didn't maintain. I know for a fact that he won't put me on it again. He was 100 percent happy with my 5** test numbers 1 month after the clomid test and basically said I am good to go and to do no further testing.

Are you still lean and working out?
Never saw Cortisol AM or DHEA, Prolactin anywhere....
Your GP wont give you a script for blood work?
Bad service. Walk!!!

Do no further testing? What dirt bags.
These endos cant wait to get ppl out the door man. Why did they go to medical school all those years. I haven't met ANY thus far who have any clue of what they are doing with TRT.

Yes I am still lifting about 5-6 days a week. I still enjoy it but progress is very slow for me. I love it so I would do it even if I had 0 t. Again not really sure what to do from here but I know that if I go to any local doc with 430t they are not going to want to do anything about it. I think my only option at this point is to wait another month or two and see if it drops under 300.

Or get your hands on some clomid and do 25 mg ED or 50 mg Mon, Wed, Fri and stay on it for 4 months. I would def continue to lift.

So what would I be hoping for as an outcome of that? I now the 2 weeks boosted me to 7 something. I imagine if I did it for 4 months I would be over 1000. Then won't the same thing happen? I just slowly drop over time after coming off of it? Then what? Do it again?

1000 clomid is better than 400 without....
But it's all about how YOU feel.
It may slowly drop...
Clomid lifted your LH to 7 ?
