I'm been cutting for 10 weeks, eating about 500+ calories under maintenance. Started out about 200 calories under maintenance.
When I'm done with my cut, should I just start eating at maintenance calories, if so, is there a rule-of-thumb as to how long you should eat at maintenance before you start bulking?
I'm certainly open for suggestions.
