have had ED for 3-4 years now and finally going to see a urologist. now I finished my first AAS cycle about 7 months ago with proper post cycle therapy (pct). Ive felt fine in the gym and everything but I never got blood work after cycle to make sure everything is back to normal. I did however have bloodwork prior to me starting my AAS ( thought testosterone was causing my ED issues) and it was midrange and this was taken from my doc so its on file. What do I do if in some random way my test levels are super low from not recovering. If he decides to contact my primary doc and notices the drop in test levels is so dramatic over just 2-3 years. Do I just play dumb and act like idk?

Yes, just play dumb. Funny thing is when it comes to medical issues there are typically a large number of possible causes for an issue. Some far out there put still plausible. So they may "think" otherwise but unless they can prove it, then that thought means little (sorta). Just continue to play dumb.

What are reasons that levels wouldn't return to pre-cycle normal after proper post cycle therapy (pct) anyway?

Those reasons will vary greatly from one individual to the next. And no it's nothing you can get an answer to that will allow you to avoid the problem. Which is why I say you need to understand the risk going in because it's no guarantee that a proper post cycle therapy (pct) will bring your levels back to normal. And as I said no there isn't an answer that you will get that will allow you to completely avoid the possibility of needing to be on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT). I worded this post this way instead of going into detail as it sounds like you're looking for the answer that will fix the possibility of needing TRT.
