Good Bulking Diet

HERE IS A GOOD CLEAN BULIKING DIET ...IF YOU ARE WANTING TO GROW SAY YOUR 200 POUNDS AND WANT TO BE 220 POUNDS THEN YOU NEED TO EAT AS IF YOU WERE ALREADY 220 POUNDS....THATS JUST A BASIC GUIDELINE TO FOLLOW




MEAL1
8 EGG WHITES
2 WHOLE EGGS
1 CUP OF OATMEAL
1 BANNANA

MEAL 2
8 OZ LEAN BEEF
2 CUPS BROWN RICE
1 CUP ANY VEGGIE
1 PIECE OF FRUIT

MEAL 3
10 OZ CHICKEN(SKINLESS BONELESS)
1 BAKED POTATO
1 CUP ANY VEGGIE
1 PIECE OF FRUIT

MEAL 4
6 OZ TUNA
2 CUPS WHITE RICE
1 CUP ANY VEGGIE
1 PIECE OF FRUIT

POST WORKOUT MEAL SHAKE
2 SCOOPS PROTEIN (AT 45 GRAMS )
1 SCOOP OF MALTODEXTRIN (50 GRAMS)
1 SCOOP OF CREATINE
1 BANNANA
2 TSBS OF PEANUT BUTTER

MEAL 6 (DINNER)
10 OZ ANY LEAN MEAT
1 SWEET POTATO
1 CUP ANY VEGGIE


MEAL 7 BEFORE BED
SHAKE
AT LEAST 45 GRAMS OF PROTIEN
SCOOP OF MALTODEXTRIN(50 GRAMS OF CARBS)

FOR VEGGIE I ALWAYS EAT GREEN BEANSSPINACH,BRUSSEL SPROUTS ,BROCCOLI ETC THE MORE FIBER THE BETTER
 
I like the foundations of it for sure, though even while bulking I'm not sure I'd do well on 50grams of carbs immediately before bed. When I'm not splurging on a nightime protein complex, it's straight up cottage cheese. Also, something new that I've sort of stumbled into is the way that my postworkout sugars appear to have had much more of an impact since I've drastically reduced the fruit in my diet...i'd imagine that limiting simpler sugars throughout the day only makes the effect of the PWO sugars that much more dramatic.
 
WHEN I BULK I TRY TO EAT ALL THE CALORIES I CAN ....THE MAIN REASON FOR FRUIT IS BECAUSE ALL THE NUTRIENTS YOU GET PLUS IT IS HEALTHY CALORIES ...

Carbs before bed are counterproductive. Regardless of the "nutrients", an insulin spike before bed will inhibit GH release as you sleep. You're basically pissing in the wind..................lose the fruit.

BRO FIRST OF ALL THERE IS NO FRUIT LISTED BEFORE BED ON THIS DIET .....SECOND THING I AGREE WITH YOU BUT THEN I AM NOT SAYING TO LOAD UP ON CARBS BEFORE BED....I REDUCE CARBS FROM MY EARLIER MEALS IF YOU LOOK AT THE DIET...PLUS I TRAIN AT NIGHT SO THE GLUCOSE FROM THE CARBS GETS STORED AS MUSCLE GLYCOGEN......SO MY INSULIN SPIKE WILL BE VERY LITTLE....THIS DIET CAN BE CHANGED AROUND YOU DO NOT HAVE FOLLOW IT MEAL BY MEAL ....I WAS TRING TO GIVE SOME OF THE NEW GUYS A BASE DIET TO FOLLOW FOR BULKING
