Can anyone reccommend a good cycle. I'm looking to add about 20 lbs. I'm looking at a 2 month cycle and I wanna maintain my speed. I'm 21 6'3 164. Anyone got a good starting cycle

I did do a serach but I found nothing that sounded that would be a perfect mix for me but I have read up on sustanon and it sounds like a good fit for me. Thanks!

At 6'3" & 164 lbs the ONLY thing you need is FOOD, and lots of it. I'll let you in on a little secret, food is the most anabolic thing there is.

Once you get over 200lbs naturally, then, and only then should you even be thinking of steroids.

good point Stone. Did not look at his stats before I posted. Weighing that little and being that tall you must be pretty skinny. I would beef up a bit first before ever hitting anything.

I guess the "night crew" overlooked boomerchaube's stats.

boomerchaube: We aren't putting you down but informing you that changing your diet will have a significant impact on your gains. I would imagine that others around here are tired of hearing it, but I have personally gone from 145lbs to 185lbs in 6 months because of significant changes in my diet.

you talking about adding 12% of your BW in 8 weeks.

its one thing for a 250lbr to add 20lbs but at 165 its alot different story. esp if you 6' 3".

everyone who has little or no experince with Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) think its some kind of magical alixr or something. it aint. whether you juice or not training and nutrients need to be in place. if they not, gains are gonna be shit.

in fact for anyone reading this if you are not an advanced lifter you dont even need to be juicing to start with. and no 3 months in the gym dont count as advanced. 10 years dont count as advanced if you juts doing curls and benching. and if you cant bench your body weight......

i am constantly amazed by what i read in here.

you guys wanna be big? lift some fucking weight and eat. hit the training forum, post your routines in the journal section, read how the big/strong people are training. use your heart instead of your head.

I agree. @ 160 lbs you need to eat more and continue trianing. Your young and body mass should be easy now to obtain naturally. As NTO said, you need to hit a certain weight first, then you can check into the Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) hotel.
