Good exercise for the outer head of the tri?

What are good exercises to hit the outer part of the tri? My inner tri is decent but are lacking in the outer area.
 
It's been my experience that you've got to build up the whole thing to get one area better, but what exercises are you doing for tris right now?
 
I do bench and dips. But the outside is still lacking. I'll usually do
-DB behind the head (one db, both hands)
-skull crushers
-tricep pushdowns
-rope extensions (upper arm is parallel w/ the ground)
-dips
-reverse pushdowns

I usually pick 3 of those exercises to do. I do 9-10 sets. Pullinbig i know you're gonna say I'm overtraining but I'm not. All of my muscles need direct stimulationI used to do 12 sets and I actually feel as if my tris were bigger when I did 12 sets but I keep reading how you keep saying less volume is better so I cut it back to 9-10 and they kinda feel smaller.
 
are you increasing the weight when you lower the sets? or are you just lowering the sets? :)

lolololololol. you guys kill me. it aint groing you say. so i did more and it diodnt grow. i did less (9-10 sets aint less) and it didnt grow. ven baby if you already know the answers why you ask? the only tri work i do is benching. i posted my workout yesterday in the deadlift sticky. check it out. no skull crushers, french presses, push downs, extensions, etc.... i wish you could come work out with me for a couple of weeks and show you what i am talking about and so you could see some of the guys and girls (which are prolly out lifting you). then look at the guys doin all those sissy ass iso movments and look at the difference in size. no one ever asks me if i work out. they ask me how often, what is my bench, how many years i been training, etcccc.... i weighed 210 when i started lifting. i was acardio freak for years and years before i touched a weight. it took me less than 3 years to get to 300lbs. will every one make this progress? no. is 40 or 50 pounds the first year possible. deffinately. i had a 139lber go to 205 in less than a year. bench went from 135 for a single to 225 for reps. he is 16 years old and about 5'10" Ven if you try a power routine and you have diet and rest in proper proportions you will grow. be needing some new britches fo long cause the ass and legs is too tight. new shirts cause shoulders too big for the shirt or you look even better in that tight tee. do you think i am making this stuff up? I have never had a client to get his money back. i have a money back guarantee too. you dont make progress you dont pay. who ever gave you your program needs to refund your money. :D have you ever seen me post on here that my tris are lacking? or my legs wont grow? nope!! true i am not growing at the rate i was but I am still making progress. success is measured by whats on the bar. add weights and you will add muscle. comprehendo amigo?

josh if you come you have to bring the girl in you atavar. damn son that is sweet. with her looks and my test levels someone may get injured.

Yea I'm increasing the weight. I used to do 4 exercises for 3-4 sets, now I'm just doing 3 exercises for 3 sets each and usually I increase the weight each set.

Pullinbig I'm getting stronger and I'm increasing in size, its just certain areas (outer tri's) aren't as big as I'd like them to be. I've gained close to 15 lbs in the past 3 months and put a good 20lbs on my bench w/o juice. I'm juicing now but those 15 lbs and 20lbs on my bench were before I started my cycle. If you want to work on upper chest, you do incline exercises, so I'm asking what tricep exercises target specifically the outer head of the tri.
 
there is one posted on here somewhere of me pullin 650 for a dbl. let me see if i can find it for you. its over a year old. and oh yeah for outer head of tri, bench and weighted dips. did i mention that already? =0)

scroll down abit and you'll see me in all my splendor. the guy watching is a world record holder in the bench press. 665 @ 211 and 635 @ 193. he taught me how to bench. and you know what i didnt argue with him i just did what he said. he has something i want.

and damn look at those traps. no shrugs ma. 19" guns relaxed with no arm work. its incredible. it cant be true. 32 inch legs relaxed as well.

Damn. I'm taking classes ALL summer. I finish finals here this week, then start classes back home (junior college, where it's CHEAP) next wednesday.
