good forearm exercise's

get a moderate weight DB and hold it for long. if you succeed, get a heavier one then do the same. do not forget to train your forearm..most people, when going heaiver on deads, use straps because they neglect to train their forearms. chalk it up too if you want
 
I have been doing stiff leg deads, but i do them every other week so i can fit squats into my schedule. i really should do them more though.
 
grippers--hammer curls--reverse curls--statics---plate pinches---and plain old deadlifts w\ over under grip.
 
mr. fantom, when i do plate pinches, i can only feel my thumb, index and middle finger pinching...the last 2 fingers are almost not involved. what's wrong?
