Good Multivitamins???

Thamin(b1) 1.5 mcg
Riboflavin(b2) 1.7mcg
Niacin 20 mcg
B6 2 mg
Folic acid 400 mcg
B12 6mcg
Biotin 30 mcg
Pantothenic Acid 10 mg
Calcium 162 mcg
Iron 18 mg
Phosphorus 109 mg
Iodine 150 mcg
Magnesium 100mcg
Zinc 15mg
Selenium 20mcg

Molybdenum 75mcg

I think those ones are, yes. I've found that when I mess with the expensive multivitamins from GNC or online health stores, my piss takes on a certain rave glow sticks quality. That means a lot of what's in them is wasted. Centrum, Theravit, or the generic versions from Wal-Mart, K-Mart and grocery stores don't give me that problem.
 
No there not, the ingredients may look good, but look at the quanity of each.

60mg of C is nothing
Yours B's are all insufficient....look i could go down the line
And what fillers are in them, dyes???
You get what you pay for.
Take double until their gone, then buy yourself some real vitamins, at a nutrition store, not a warehouse that sells tires and fishing poles

And "your piss" is that colour because of B & C vitamins

Hardbody, I posted this on another thread but I'll post here too.:)
You can take that as a multivitamin but I would suggest taking an additonal B-Complex as the levels are not high enough in the Equate. I myself would also take extra vitamin C as well.

Any vitamin that is water soluble such as your B's and your C will be excreted throughout the day and that's why your urine is that colour.

It seems when my urine is darker, it kind of burns sometimes, not really bad, but a little harder to get out?

I'm also curious if you are taking any other supps? AS? Ephedrine?

How much water are you drinking in a day? If you're uirine is dark, chances are you're dehydrated. When taking higher levels of Vitamin B, your urine may be yellow but not necessarily dark per say.
You aren't taking in high levels with that multivitamin that you are taking. You probably need to drink more water, especially when taking creatine. You should be drinking at least 4 liters a day. I'd try to shoot for 6-8 litres, especially with taking all that caffeine as well as the creatine. Remember, caffeine has diuretic effects. Also, on a side note, you need adequate amounts of water in order for creatine to work. :)

WOW, thanks man, appreciate you helping me with the vitamins... Fyre- I usually drink about 12- 20oz. bottles of water /daily. So maybe I have to get used to the vitamin?

Also, If I'm bound to have a 10 oz. glass of Oarnge juice daiyl(love that stuff) and I pound fruit too, is Vitamin C in pill form any diff?
