I realize it's from water soluble vitamins. But my urine doesn't become this color while drinking tons of water *unless I take one of these special multivitamins.* That can only be the result of an excessive amount of these water soluble vitamins taken in being considered unnecessary by the body and therefore being excreted in the urine as *waste.* To me it makes more sense to take smaller amounts of specific key vitamins and minerals a few times throughout the day as an adjunct to a basic multi. I believe more is absorbed and less is excreted as waste taking them that way. In addition to considering this approach to be more effective, I also consider it to be more cost-effective. That's just what's worked for me over the years; everyone else has to do what's right for them.
And particular fillers and dyes being detrimental is really more an issue of unique individual allergic reactions than any sort of general poisons or carcinogens being in a widely sold health product from a mammoth corporation. I really see no basis for companies claiming a product is worth twice as much simply because they've made it without any dyes or fillers even though the same primary ingredients that have motivated you to spend money are there in the same proportions as the other product(s). That is of course unless you have an allergy to any of the particular dyes and fillers in the competitor's product. And when an ingredient in a popular product is found to have widespread negative effects, it is usually either replaced with a different ingredient exhibiting simliar desired properties, or the product itself is pulled completely off the market. I don't believe "you get what you pay for" always applies. Sometimes you don't get as much as you pay for, and sometimes you get more than you pay for. I could give examples in both cases of everything from various wines to various automobiles and of course various supplements advertised in bodybuilding magazines. Even CEO's receiving mind boggling paychecks who ran companies into financial ruin while there was alternatively 3rd world slave labor waged workers fattening the bottom lines of other company owners. Anyways that's just my take. If I'm wrong, it certainly wouldn't be the first time.
Could taking 5g of Vitamin C make your urine a bit darker? I am almost through with my dbol (been on 25mg/day for 5 weeks now). My lower back has just started giving me small issues & I'm really not sure if its from the dbol or if its just from my back workout the other day.
