Got the Albuterol inhaler from GSK, how much should I use for Body Building purposes?

Canister says 100mcg per Spray, and the canister in all contains 200 sprays.

How many sprays should I take throughout the day in total, and how many at each go ?

Albuterol sulfate liquid is what is used for fat loss purposes the inhaler is different. Albuterol is usually run at 12-18mg per day. So as you see at 100mcg per spray its almost impossible to get enough plus the mist is absorbed by your lungs very rapidly it could speed up your heart too much

There is 1000mcg in 1mg so for a 12-18mg dose you'd need 120-180 sprays.
Totaly unsafe in my opinion. Like the previous poster stated, since its absorbed by the lungs so quickly then you'd probably have a high risk of heart attack.

Exactly the thoughts that ran through my mind, that's why I asked. Maybe the requires a lower dose because it enters the bloodstream much quicker, or should I just skip the entire inhaler thing and look for oral albuterol ?

Inhalers won't suffice. You'll have to take about 40 hits to get a reasonable dose.

So let me get this straight. Because you don't understand or bother to research the specific use of Albuterol in bodybuilding, it is "the dumbest thing you've ever heard" and "a total waste of money" is that correct?

I pay $36 each hook me up. And I have asthma. the inhaler version of albuterol won't give you what you are looking for.

Fact of the matter is when albuterol is used thru a nebulizer the effects are not systemic and are localized to the respiratory system

It will open up your airways...that can help bodybuilding..Breathing is pretty damn important when lifting hahaha so use it before a workout and it may help you get more oxygen in. That's all it will do for ya

I am currently on liquid albu along with npp/test, seeing really good results. Liquid Albu is legit,not even halfway thru my cycle
