I've been following these workouts for about six months.

Lots of super sets and drop set work outs, heavy mass and endurance within the workouts.

And I have to say, they really work for me, very high intensity leave me hanging out my arse afterwards.

Anyone tried these workouts?

And also, if you have tried them, can you continue to train like this during pct??

greg plitt is a freak of nature that dude could jump around on one foot with a dumbell in his hand and be a shredded mother. dont forget that .
