Growth Hormone /t3-clen , should add AAS?

hello !
I have been a national champion for my country 2 years ago ,in the bodybuilding classic juniors(was natural). I have 4 AAS cycles under my belt the past 2 years ,but i believe aas is not the path for me. i am looking for something much more healthier.So i run research on GH cycles and its effects .
STATS: 238LBS 13%BF 6.3"
My plan is to get to 6% bf ,but at the same time maintain or even add lean muscle.So:
HGH 5uis a day everyday subq , 2weeks on 2 weeks of protocol on t3 ,and clenbuterol(taking the one when not taking the other) .Diet plan 350-400 gr protein daily, very careful on fats , 250-300 gr carbs.(also thinking about CJC1295)
My question is simple:
1)will my HGH /T3/CLEN cycle get me shredded as fuck ? im tired of being over 10% bf all year long , im after some photoshoot jobs and i need to be on edge
2) since im not willing to mess with AAS , would you say that this cycle is not worth it without AAS? and if yes, would the addition of anavar 50-60 mgs a day, achieve the hypertrophy i need from the AAS, is it enough?

Personally, I would not bother using those drugs without testosterone. Even a TRT dose 100-200mg per week would be very beneficial. If you're talking about using those drugs without testosterone, then I don't think you understand their mechanism of action. I'm too tired to go into it, but read about what HGH does. Once you get to the part about increased cell mitosis, you'll understand the importance of increasing protein synthesis via testosterone etc.

You are basically implying that its not worth achieving hyperplasia of the cells , without hypertrophy of the cells.
 
What's your t3 doseage you're planning to run? Also I really don't see a need to take down 400g/protein a day unless your body can actually utilize it (which it won't unless you're on a good AAS dose). After that it's just extra calories in which you'll need to burn off

Also there's no point in cycling t3 2 on 2 off. Read Austinites thread that megatron posted

for t3 , low dose 25-50 mg/day . ive heard many people complain about t3 fucking up their thyroid and im afraid. my body wont be able to utilize 400 grams of protein with growth hormone? i was eating 400 grams when i was precontesting as a natural dude!
 
I know that i get no added benefit going over 270-280g protein besides extra calories. Even on AAS i'll never go above 300 (i'm 5'10ish 225 around 13% right now). But some people do better with higher protein.

I've just always thought it's extra stress on the kidney's and not sustainable for long periods of time so anything extra you'll gain on that amount you'll lose once you drop intake.

If it's worked for you in the past then by all means have at her!
 
And great t3 dose. No need for the t3 to do all the work. And i wouldn't be too afraid of your thyroid not recovering. Usually that's just broscience as every real study i've seen patients have recovered rather quickly after long trials

1) The simple answer is no - your diet will get you shredded as fuck.

HGH, by itself, is alot weaker than test & the majority of other aas but you can still see some gains over a long period.
The problem is this; when your cutting you are NOT in an anabolic environment at all, which makes hgh a waste of money if you plan on using it by itself.

T3 should never be used without aas because you will lose muscle - there is no way around this, so either avoid it completely or add some test.

Clen will help you lose some extra fat, especially if your getting into single digits.



2) Yes - the hgh & t3 are not worth it without the aas.

Will adding var help? Yes.
Is it the most optimal choice? No because all cycles need test as a base otherwise your asking for a heap of recovery problems.



To summarise you can either:
Get rid of the hgh & t3 if your not willing to supplement them with test & stick to clen only.

You can add some test, which allows you to use hgh, clen & t3 for maximum effect.

You can use var as a middle ground to make some gains but be prepared for detrimental health/recovery problems that come from oral only cycles for guys.

point taken.i know youre right.
how soon shall i expect GH/T3/TEST or GH/T3/VAR cycle to get me to 6% ? diet is adjusted as needed.im prone to water retention and gyno , using test means a lot of money on femara(letrozole) because letro is the only one that works for me.
and how come so many sides from a var only cycle? peeps jump on it without pcts.
