gyno help

I need some advice I have been for the last 4 week been dealing with gyno lots of chest and nipples sore- nest my doctor put me on nolva 10mg a day for the pain but nothing has changed yet ,The doctor has been out of town the last two weeks.
I have been taking 100mg of test a week I took a shot on July1 and that was my last shot I have decided to stop taking test until I can figure out the gyno problem.
So my question is should I be taking armidex with the nolva or should I be taking more nolva. My E2 was 56, I had my blood test last week but they didn’t check my E2 it was on the slip but wasn’t checked.

Honestly 56 is not that high. Are you sure you have gyno? pain not sensitivity?

The only way to regress it when it starts like that is to smash estrogen. In the 2 studies I have seen where adex reduced gyno they gave them 1mg QD.

I was a 52. something out of a 7.6-42 scale doc says that is marginally high. But I have the itchy burning nipples along with hot face. Is this something that might just flatten out. But I also had mega bloating and always felt full. Switched from shot to gel last week and bloating disappeared, but the itchy burnning feeling has been elevated.

All I know is my chest is sore around my nipples and my nipples are very sensitivity. I can put pressure on my chest hold my chest to my rib cage and it feels a lot better, not like a pulled muscle.

So is the gyno or what?

I feel for you Kirt. I had my estradiol tested about 10 days ago and I was at 115! I'm taking Arimidex. After three days of taking 1mg per day my new mammaries aren't hurting as much and I am not as bloated. I am still trying to decide how the rest of me feels though now that I am on Arimidex.

Today so fare is the first day that my shirt hasn't bothered me by rubbing on my nipples in almost 3 weeks. I think the extra test is at the end I haven't taking a shot sense July 1. Right now I'm not sure if I am going to take another shot for a couple of month and see how I recover. I have been on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) for a year and haven't really noticed any change.
