ok ive been running tren ace n test prop for about 7 wks now. about 4 wks in i noticed some sensitivity in the nipple area with some swelling. i started 1.25 mg of letro ed n gaspari nolvadex just cause i had it n problem was gone.now about a wk ago sensitivity is back nipples swelled up. when there hard it looks almost normal except for a half moon at the bottom. my girl says looks normal to her but i think different. im still using letro n the nolvadex. i have clomid sitting by for post cycle therapy (pct) in very limited supply. i have about 17 days of cycle left. what to do im at about 18%bf 265lbs 5'9 so my lower chest is hard to c if theres any growth of breast tissue. i shaved my nipples today just to c n it does look a little bit not right like tits, i guess, or im freekin paranoid.

120mg tren eod 250 mg test eod.was running 80mg tren ed 150mg test ed but cut back to prolong the cycle.

nope nothing i ran cyp before test ethanate ,omnadren n sust n never had a problen. whats wierd is that way back i took those andro poppers from gnc n developed itchy irritated nipples, but it never went past that.should i start the clomid i only have a little though.next cycle i wanted to run deca n dianabol with tren n test prop think that might get really crazy.

tren has progestin activity and i tihkn that nolvadex can exacerbate gyno caused by progestins rather than solve it.. may be the problem..

its gaspari nutrition nolvadex otc stuff. i was told its more like a really weak armidex than a real nolvadex.

I did a cycle about 4 years ago and about a couple of months after the cycle ended I started developing some serious sensitivity in my nipples. Bear in mind now, I was no longer on the gear. I then decided to take Nolvadex for a month and it reduced sensitivity during that time, but eventually all the symptoms came back. Eventually I further developed a small hard bump under the skin about an inch in diameter. Not visible from the outside, but of course worry some.

I then went to see a breast cancer specialist and he did a needle test where a needle is used to suck out some of the cells and they were sent to the lab for cancer testing. The test results came back negative and the doctor told me that I simply have a bit of Gynecomastia and it is nothing to worry about in regards to the small lump.

I told him the main issue is the sensitivity and I didn't like it. He said if I am really uncomfortable with it then we can cut it out. I then asked him about Nolvadex and if that would help and he said that I was at an advanced stage at this point and Nolvadex could not help me.

I was giving the surgery issue some thought and eventually I went to see another breast cancer specialist. He looked at my lump and suggested Nolvadex. I told him I did it for 30 days already and it didn't work. Then he told me then maybe I need to take it longer, for either 60-90 days. I asked him if it would be dangerous to take it that long and he said no. I then asked him if taking it for a longer period would actually make a difference and he said it should. He then proceeded to show me a graph on his computer of the number of men who had surgery for gynecomastia before the release of the drug Nolvadex and then a graph for after the drug was released. The number of surgeries dropped to from 80-90% to nearly nil. So he said this proves the drug works in most cases and for me to take it for a longer period of time to see if I can get better results from it.

After taking it for 90 days the lump and the sensitivity were gone and I have not had any further repercussions from it since. This was 4 years ago.

Bear in mind, I was taking the real thing made by AstraZeneca with a dosage of 20 mg a day and not a generic.

I just started a new cycle after being off the gear for 4+ years. I am doing a very light cycle and may not have problems again, but I started taking the Nolvadex a week before my first jab and will continue it through the entire 8 week cycle and for another 3 weeks afterwards just to be sure. I don't want to go down that road again.

I hope this helps.
