if not the way youre doing them is fine..i woudl suggest you get some wrist wraps as the amount of weight your legs can carry will most likely be greater than your grip

NOPE, sure dont. Me and 2 other guys went in on the squat rack we have now. ONly other leg machine we really have is a leg press. I do have wrist wraps, but haven't used them for hacks yet cuz I've been doing lighter weight w/higher reps when I do them. They're still new to me and half the time I feel like i'm gonna fall over backwards when I go down low, so haven't tried them w/much weight YET. I'll just keep doing them the way I have been. Form was good though huh?? Thanks BB.
