halfway through first test/deca cycle

i'm halfway through my first cycle.
test cyp 250mg 2x/wk
deca 400mg/wk
a'dex 0.5mg eod
hcg 250 IU 2x/week
also doing HGH 6 IU eod.

i am 6'5" and started at about 255 and i'm at 280 now.

getting about 250-300g protein/day, calories about 3500-4000, work out 5-6x / week,
keeping carbs low but not out entirely, and trying to cut back on sodium. sugar is really hard for me to cut out because i'm on lexapro and my seratonin is high as a result, but i'm doing ok at staying away from obvious stuff like chocolate, sweets, etc. most of my sugar is from protein bars, fruit, and greek yogurt.

point is : i am planning to do this 14 weeks, then a week off and start PCT.
after 7 weeks..... i look like a heavyweight boxer. shoulders were getting wide on HgH already, now they are freaking huge. ass is hard as a rock, and i am having to toss some old slim fit button down shirts because the shoulders are too narrow and my arms are too big for them.

my concern is, i started at 255 and i am already at 280. i look really built, a little bit extra fat but i know i need to kick the cardio up a bit. should i expect to keep gaining in the next 7 weeks?
 
Im about to start a similar cycle with sus + dbol and no hgh. Glad to see you're making solid gains! I'm aiming for about 250-265, I'm currently 236 6'3. How are you liking that deca? Any sides yet?? Good strength gains?
 
man if you've put on 25 lbs in 7 weeks you're carrying water like a camel, cant be lean muscle tissue , increase cardio and validate blood work now that you are midpoint, see if Aromatase inhibitor (AI) meds need an adjustment

strength gains are pretty ridiculous. i have never been able to lift this much in my life. it is incredible. sides..... i'm a little ragey i admit. sex drive is through the roof, haha.... and i have some acne on my back and on my arms. not on my face though.

my hands are swollen like a mofo now, too. like the other poster said, i am retaining a lot of water and need to drink more water, watch my sodium intake (hard when you eat rotisserie chickens all the time!) and kick the cardio up a bit. i had some nerve irritation from back surgery 2 1/2 years ago which flared up and meant that it was hard for me to do 20-30 minutes on a treadmill, but i've done some great physical therapy stretching over the last week and loosened my hips and have now hit the treadmill at my fat burning heart rate for 30 minutes 3 days in a row. so i am feeling good about where i'm headed.

yes, in an ideal world, i would be getting a blood test. i don't have time or money for it. i'm winging it. say what you want. so...... that's why i'm here. i'm kicking up my cardio a *lot* as of last Friday, and..... i don't know, do i start doing 1mg A'dex every other day instead? thing is i don't *look* 280, at all. i can tell my arms are bigger, shoulders are bigger and wider, chest is wider, and i can definitely feel more muscle everywhere. but yeah i do feel that even my hands are retaining water.
 
U won't know if u need to adjust ur Aromatase inhibitor (AI) dose without proper bloodwork. I believe u can get it done for like 50 bucks
