it just says take one a day, what would b the most logical time of day t take, whats the half-life ext...ive just been taking one at liek 4, casue i work out at 930, any input would b great.
it doesnt matter what time of day or what the half life is because you only got one tablet to take each day.Take it the same time everyday and that is the only way you can keep a stable blood level.
