I want to start a halovar cycle but I have some questions. How should I wait after taking methyl 1d for a month before I start? What's the the best post cycle therapy (pct) and where to get it, I've heard good things about nova. And other than organ shield what else should I run with it

Time on + PCT = Time off.

Your PCT should consist of a SERM. everything else is optional.
