I am new to the site. I am a 30 year old ex-college football player, took only creatine in college. I'm no stranger to hard work in the gym, been completely natural and have hit a wall. I'm looking to gain some cut lean muscle, which would be best to cycle halovar or epistane? Stats 5'7" 205 18% body fat.

Diet consuming about 2700 calories 60/30/10 (protien, carbs, fat)
Hitting the weights 4 days a week, chest/triceps, biceps/back, legs, & shoulders

Cutting and your diet

Getting cut is highly dependent on your diet. You need to cut out all processed foods. For example if you like bread there is not a single bread on the bread isle in your local grocery store that isn't high on the glycemic index because they are all heavely processed food. However go to the freezer section of the grocery store and buy Ezekiel 4:9 and it low glycemic pure organic and only made from sprouted grains. Also be careful on how you prepare your food. Avoid canola and vegetable oils like the evil crap they are, use natural butter or organic olive oil. These are recognized by the as foods that are good for you not evil crap it has to work to protect you from. Eat a ton of vegs and fruits as they are low calorie and nutritionally rich. Avoid fruit juices too many sugars. Also avoid hydrogenated fats like those used in whipped cream they are horrible for you. Just to you best to eat all natural foods not all the protein powders and bars and what not without researching exactly what is in them and the effects they will have on your body. Many foods that claim health benefits simply make you store fat faster.
