Halovar-What to eat

Hey guys, my name is charlie. I'm 21, been working out for four month about six days a week. I'm gonna start a halovar cycle, i already got the pills and the PCT (the recycle from Purus labs) and the organ shield too.

My question is more about the diet. My boy did a cycle of halovar and he got stronger but didn't really see much gains from it. I think it was his poor nutrition since he was barely eating and didn't know what the hell he was doing.

I'm 5'8
217 lbs
Like i said been working out now for about 4 month
going to the gym 5-6 days a week.

I'm sticking to a 2000 calorie a day diet since i do very little cardio (going to change soon) but since I'm starting this cycle I'm just wondering how much i should be eating and what i should be eating.

thanks

If you've only been working out 4 months, you should be seeing good gains naturally, I would'nt take any PH until you're more seasoned in the gym, however, if you do. need to be getting 1.5-2 grams of protein per bodyweight, this is key. good protein too. also, if you're trying to lean, just watch the carbs and don't eat bad carbs. Again though, you're only 21, just started working out. give it some time, whats your goals??

My goal? Well, i wanna look like that guy in your avatar lol. Nah, honestly is strength i'm really after if anything else. I heard a bunch of people say the punt on 10 lbs of muscle and that sounds too good to be true. I'll settle for getting stronger. I wanna push harder, and my boy who experimented with it told me it helped him out a lot in that department.

My main concern is getting fat. I wanna eat to get big but i don't wanna get fat. I have a high propensity for gaining weight when i start eating, and that's my biggest fear, essentially why i made this thread.

there is a huge diet thread on this site you should check out, all your answers are there.

PHs will put a good 10lbs on you, but if you don't have a good diet you will lose it. Protein is must for gaining muscle...........I would not fool around with any PHs till you get more seasoned. Wait another year or two, put on some muscle and see what you want then. don't just look for a shortcut now. Get on a good pre=workout and get your diet set.

Ok first off im assuming that u have a very high bf% due to ur stats and the fact that u just started working out??

Ur best friend right now is Fasted morning cardio ( Cardio in the am on an empty stomach), diet, water, heavy weights, and rest. check out some sample beginner powerlifting routines on the net. and hit up the cardio on ur days off and or after ur weight training sessions. I guarantee u will be impressed with proper execution.

this will give u a foundation to work with and ultimately help u in the long run, instead of u doing it ass backwards and starting with ph's.

BTW u can throw ur pills in the freezer and they will stay fresh for u until ur ready so not a waste of money. They stay fresh for up to 3 years

Well thanks for the advice guys. I guess i just need to get informed, maybe change up my workout routine a bit and educate myself on what should i be eating.
