How do you know which one you are? Is it the amount of strength you go up per workout? Is it the amount of time it takes for your muscle to recover? Is it the amount of time it takes to put on muscle mass?
its all three really, easy gainers put on weight easier but weight increases also could equal strength increases... but recovery might be a part but there are very few people who recover quick enough to hit the same bodypart within one week..
I agree it is a combination of the 3 as well as what ype of mass u add.... I could bulk and ad 20 lbs in 2 weeks if i ate a tone of food but 99% of it would be fat therefore I'm not a "hardgianer" per say but I really have to watch what I eat to make sure I get a good ratio of weight added to muscle added
