Any idea's??

EAT MORE.... WAY MORE. I am a hard gainer, and I eat 5000 calories a day "clean" calories, no candy, no junk, no white bread. look at yams and brown rice. lots of potatoes, and tonnes of protein..chicken steak and fish, stay off the pork. Keep the fruits and veggies coming, to keep you "going". Thats about it. Oh and dairy, if your stomach can handle it. Dairy dairy dairy. I put down about 3 liters or homogenized milk a day. Friends call me garbage can, but hey I gotta.

i worked out by using a proven formula that i need to in take 4500 Cals to put on weight, (ie little by little) If i boost the cals to 5000+ then your likely to put on more fat then lean muscle. and more fat the slower you can ran/move and i need to keep sharpe as im currently in season

Yes number one goal for you is to eat more, MUCH more and lots of calorie dense foods! If your like me though you will sometimes need to rely on a shake here and there to get the calories needed. I have tried many of the "weight gainers" because of this and there are actually some good ones on the market right now. I would say if you looking to still keep it "clean" then try lean mass 60 by Labrada, its got plenty of calories, proteins, carbs, and the best thing is that the carbs are complex so you are same to drink it throughout the day. I my self drink it with whole milk but that's only because if I need it at all I can use all the extra calories and I'm not worried about the fat. If you reall need some extra calories you could add in an Extreme XXL by ABB post workout, ONLY post workout!

Above all eat as much whole food as you can and remember that the "gainers" are additional calories, DO NOT skip meals and use them in place, use them on top of as much whole food as you can possible eat! Good luck and remember there is no such thing as a "hard gainer", it just means you not doing correctly.
