10 lb in a month would be a very good accomplishment - I'd try and be more realistic in your expectations and shoot for around 5 "quaility" lbs.

As for your diet: If your having trouble gaining the weight, increase your kcals / meal

Note: Some people do need to add a little "not so clean" foods to their diet, which is something you might try.

Just add some Extra Virgin Olive Oil to each of your shakes (just a teaspoon or so).. and eat a couple hardboiled eggs/glass of milk with each of those meals.

I drink about a gallon of milk a day, and more when I'm bulking. The fastest way to put on quality mass.

Shit bro wanna trade bodys? I can gain 5lbs in a week without even trying. Shit I wish I had a problem gaining weight.

Naw man, you don't want that issue to deal with. If you couldn't gain weight, then you would be a skinny bitch like the rest of us pittyful ectomorphs. Its much better for bodybuilding to begin overweight than to be underweight. You can't build a house without bricks. Skinny guys have no bricks.

I disagree. 80-90% of overweight people cant get flat stomach, and thats what is MAIN CONDITION in bodybuilding (I am talking about competitors, not ˝street bodybuilders.˝ Underweight is not so ok.. but OVER TIME you can get nice quality mass and to have six packs. I say that because I was ˝pittyful ectomorph˝, but now after 2 years of NATURAL training I gained about 23 kg (50 lbs), and my six packs are GREAT even I didnt work them for 6 months. But in October I will go on my 1st competition, so I will have to work them from now on... You see, I eat candies, icecream, anything, but I am still flat :) and quality mass is more obvious every day...
You see man, heavy people wouldnt be my choice for bodybuilding. Was Frank Zane fat? :) As far as I know he is ectomorph, but he was a legend of classic bodybuilding without a much gear like current bodybuilders. Anyone who can agre with me? :)

I'm curious what the hell 1/4 and 1/2 meats are too. I mean, if you're talking like 1/4lb or 1/2lb of meat at a time, cool.

Aside from that, diet looks pretty skimpy.

wouldnt that lead to a high calcium intake...thus resulting in kidney stones in the long run?

i agree with the milk as a good massbuilder...but iv always been iffy about it due to the calcium.
