Has anybody tried Primobol Dex?

I just ran it recently, but I only had one bottle and wanted to run each compound at higher doses so I tweaked it a bit (also not even close to my first cycle, so I wouldn't suggest this for a first timer). I had a bottle of Muscle Research Epi Strong and some t-var that I capped myself from raw powders. I started running the Epi at 60mg and T-var at 75mg for 2 weeks prior to starting the primo dex so that those compounds would be built up in my system by the time I started the primo dex. I then ran the P-dex for 30 days at 2 caps a day, with an additional 30mg of Epi and 60mg of T-var in addition to the 40/40/40 of the P-dex. My personal opinion was that it was okay, but I had better results running Epi and t-var (in separate compounds) at the same doses for 6 weeks in a prior run (now to be fair to the P-dex, running something for the second time doesn't always net as good of a return as the first, but I digress). Libido didn't take a hit, but body acne was OFF THE CHARTS!!!

Oh and I ran it as a lean bulk.

I see, why wouldnt it be good for a first timer? Just to many compounds or just a bit rough if your not used to it?

Generally speaking, the majority of the "community" would recommend choosing one compound for a first cycle to see how you respond. Why? Because there's some out there that even the most mild compounds cause extreme sides for them. When you run multiple compounds that you haven't run previously, you wouldn't be able to isolate which compound is causing the "issues". Now could a first time run it exactly as I did with good returns and little to no issues? Sure they could, but they'd be taking a risk and with such risk, it's not something I'd "recommend" (especially running t-var at those dosages on a first cycle).
Now as a sidenote, everyone responds to a compound differently. There may be some out there that respond better to say Helladrol, than they would something like Primo Dex, same could be said for someone running a 6 week cycle of Epi solo than they would a 4 week run of p-dex.
OKay, so I kind of got off track here but I think the point I was trying to get to is that more isn't necessarily always better (especially to "virgin receptors").

Hopefully my post wasn't all over the place, I was trying to do like 5 things at once while I typed this LOL

Primo dex does have 3 compounds but the low doses keep it pretty safe.

I didn't really get sides, I mean I got some bad back n calf pumps but every ph causes that. Boat load of taurine and I'm gtg.

I'm going to do bloods soon to see how fast I can start again.

I appreciate the info bros. Ive been on for 12 days now, I front loaded for 7 days at three caps a day which may have been a bad idea cause I did notice headaches that hurt my eyes quite a bit but that was the only side. After those 7 days were up I went back to 2 per day and I feel amazing, strength gains are up quite a bit and I look great lol. Ive been taking iron labs cycle support and taurine cause I definitely feel the calf pumps, especially when I superset standing and sitting calf raises like holy jeeze I can hardly walk after.Im going to update my progress weekly if anybody wants to know

Primobol dex would be best utilized on a recomp imo but it could be used in a bulker or cutter.

The goal is a recomp and ive been working at it for a while naturally but now im kicking it into high gear with the pdex, from what ive seen in only 12 days so far I will overshoot my goal.

yo...3 caps? that's quite a bit. 2 days of 3 caps would of been enough to get it goin but okay.....you ll live.

back/calf pumps are serious, so lift knowing they will be there. I was taking taurine in BCAA's and id sip it all day long. Would let it just sit in the fridge at work, drink a good amount before gym and than sip at home later in the night. I was using a half gallon milk jug.

once I started that things got a lot better, so id give it a go if you are still feelin it. pdex will be a good recomp ph, are you doing a lot of cardio or really dieting? or both?

Ill probably have to give that a try. Yesterday was back day and the pumps got too intense I couldnt finish my last two deadlift sets, its not all bad news though cause the sets I did get in were killer, I threw 50 extra pounds on the bar for my second and last set and pumped out all 8 reps like it was the norm and broke my record no problem, I feel like captian america in the gym. As for my diet and cardio all ive really changed is 20-30 minutes of HIIT 2-4 times a week and eating rather clean. I dont tally up macros or anything just lots of fruit, veggies, nuts and lean meats, im a huge fan of pasta and I could eat it for every meal but i eat as much pasta as i can get in 1-2 times per week.

I think they're coming on pretty well. Up 50lbs on my deads and up 25 on my bench. Acne is starting now too so I gotta do something bout that

Add more to your DL. You ll be able to pull more than u think. Trust me....lol

Nirozal or something like that is a shampoo for dandruff, use it to wash ur face. It's a great topical DHT wash.

Plus n2clear too. Forgot my lil anti acne stack.

GR, in your experience does work really well for body acne too? I tried to pick some up last year but it was out of stock, and I had completely forgotten about it til just now. This last run with P-dex made me break out like a banshee (chest, back, arms, calves) and nothing seemed to help (in all fairness to the Primo dex, I bridged into it and it started prior to starting it, but just kept progressing).

Yeah. My upper chest and upper back/ shoulders get light acne and the nirozal and n2clear helped a lot.

When u first get in the shower just run the water a little, very very hot, get ur hands wet and lather the stuff all over your face, chest, back (well the bad areas) and chill for 5 mi before tou get under the running water. Go hot water to start and slowly cool it down so by the time your done the ciooler water will close your pores.

Ill be giving that a try if it gets bad again. So im finally back to work after a 3 month layoff where I basicly lived in the gym and I found out today the town im staying in for the next 6-8 months has no gym.. im halfway through this cycle and dont know how to make the best of it now that ill be doing bodyweight exercises for a while. Think I should finish up or call it quits? Such a disappointment

Finish up and do what you can with bodyweight and get creative. No gym? What are you in bumfuck lol. Keep hitting it is my advice though chief.

Yeah dude I pipeline and usually they have a decent gym at the camp but no camp for this job. Closest gyms are like 30-40 minutes away, im probably going to buy some dumbells and barbells next weekend so I have more to work with. Anyway about the pdex it seems to be working well, I definetly look bigger and feel stronger. My quads/hams and upper body have filled out quite a bit. To be honest Ive been slacking on core and calves so they arent quite as far along as everything else

Anybody? Im tempted to buy a bunch of weights

Yeah bro, I'd finish out rather than stopping and just get creative either with body weight stuff or even anything heavy you can find and just try to remain true to form (or just buy up a handful of weights and do what you can with those and throw some body weight stuff in as well)
