So instead of typing in all the numbers I decided to just attach the actual lab work.
Stats:
Age= 32
Height = 5'9 (Ive shunk 1 1/2"since college)
Weight = 225
Waist = 40"
Diagnosed: in 2002 with Primary Hypogonadism
Other Areas of Concern: High Blood Pressure, Depression, Adhd, Reynauld's Syndrome, high cholesterol, taking Zoloft/Adderall with hormone meds, poor nutrition from adderall curbing appetite, no motivation or energy to work out and much more..

First, you will see my lab work from November 2012. At this point I was taking approx. Test C. 1-2 mL 2x a week, 250 iu Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) and 1/2mg anastrazole 2x week. However since I was feeling like complete crap with every symptom of low T there is, I decided to stop everything January 1, 2013. I wanted to see how my body would respond. So without taking a single thing I got my bloodwork done a few days ago. This is the February 7, 2013 attachment.

The strangest thing is although I still feel terrible, my desire for sex (in reality masturbation) is somewhat there. However, I read that there could be a quick temporary libido rush with low T and when estrogen is in the single digits. Is this true? Anyway, my numbers have never been this bad, as the lowest my T has been is 130.

I don't want to go into the whole history of my crappy life the last 15 years, but if you would like to know details, I will provide. I would really like to know how some of the experiences are with the new sponsor? I will probably try and get a consultation asap with them. My only fear is I went with another old sponsor and spent my entire 401k on the medications with hope I could actually start feeling like a MAN and he happy 4 once. Well, here I am...

I still have so many meds I bought back then, but never used. My main arsenal consisted of the T, Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG), and AZ. All the other stuff is still in container. I can name list of items I have if you think they might help me at this point.

I can honestly say that I really hate life at this point and feel my health is falling apart each day. My diet is crap because the adderall curbs my appetite and I have no energy to exercise. I'm smoking 1/2 pack a day. I'm living in a new place for a new job and don't know a single soul within 100 miles. I can't seem to get ahead financially due to the big set back with last testosterone replacement therapy (TRT).

On the other hand, thank you in advance for any feedback. This website was my life about 1 1/2 years ago and it felt great talking to people with same issues. So I'm glad to be back.

Looks like you were taking a LOT of T before. Your levels were really high. Do you know what your E2 was back then?

You look completely shut down today. You have no T and no estrogen. Why not just go to your primary doctor or endocrinologist and have them treat you? Then they could help coordinate with your other medical issues too? Do you have health insurance?

Were you donating blood? Your hematocrit used to be pretty high. Still probably a good idea to even donate today.

Are you taking vitamin D?

Thanks for taking the time to look at my #'s. I actually had another lab test done before the November one which had the E2 test. Yes, the E2 was high and close to 90 I think. I swear testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) is like a brain teezer with finding the right dosage for yourself along with keeping your T at a good # and your E2 at a good number.

I'm definitely at rock bottom as of today. I do have good health insurance and need to seek out a good endo. My one for the last 11 years is only a pill pusher and doesnt try to get to the root cause of things. Plus I feel majority of his work is with diabetes patients. donated blood late last summer in August/September. I will try and get that done asap. I do take vitamin D every day at 10,000 iu.

Do you think I should load up on the Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) at maybe 500-1000iu/day for a week or so to at least try and give my testes and LH a jolt?

You were diagnosed with Primary Hypogonadism. You aren't going to get your testicles to start working again regardless of how much Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) you take. Not sure why they had you on that before.

You need to get back on Test Cyp and manage your Estradiol and Hematocrit. Find a good doctor locally or try IMT (the board sponsor). A "normal" testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) dose is usually between 100-200mg per week which is less than you were taking before. You are just trying to get your Total T back in the normal range. Make sure you discuss everything else you are being treated for with your doctor so he/she can coordinate your care. You need someone who is going to see the whole picture.

Stop smoking! Start eating better! Find a sport to start playing with other people (hockey, soccer, basketball, etc). Go out and make some friends and find a girlfriend (or boyfriend if you prefer). Sign up for online dating. Try to get your life back together. You're 32 years old and have a lot of life ahead of you. You can do this.
