Havoc and PCT w/ Clomid

24yr, 195lbs, 8%bf, 6'1

My Cycle:

1-4.........rs-transaderm (test base)
1-4............havoc 40/40/40/40 (ph)
1-4............Life Support (liver support)
3-8..........forma stanzol (ai)
5-8..........clomid 50/50/25/25(serm)
5-8..........battle fuel xt (daa)
5-8..........unleashed + post cycle (post cycle support)

I also plan on continuing my multi-vitamin/fish oil/flaxseed oil/glucosamine. One question I had was with the dosage of the clomid. I've heard you should do 100 the first day then drop it to 50 for the rest of the week. Discuss/critique!

Edit: After experiencing some joint pain I've ordered some Cissus to help with that.

I'd do 100/75/50/25 on the clomid but that's just me.

Forma does not need to be ran at 5/5 pumps am/pm. 3/3 will do it.... U don't want to crush estrogen, jus control it.

I'd start the havoc at 40 too. 30mg is kinda a waste IMHO.

So you only run 4 weeks of the clomid and havoc at 40 the whole time huh? I might give that a try. I keep seeing that the pyramid idea with ph is old school thinking and there isn't a need to start low and go up. Seems to be a more common theme.

Doses for Havoc is really up to you and how well you can handle the sides.

Planning a havoc run in the next few mos was planning torem on post cycle therapy (pct) and 6 weeks on ph interested to hear how this turns out for you may alter my current plan

I was toying with the idea of 40mg for a while. I planned on doing 30mg for the first two weeks and then upping it. After some thought I decided to go ahead and follow gymrat827 and do 40mg the entire cycle. I just started this week but I'll keep this thread updated on my progress.

Okay, so I started the cycle yesterday at 40mg. I took 20mg in the morning with breakfast and then 20mg later that day around dinner. However, today was the first time I lifted. I took 20mg in the morning as soon as I got up. About an hour later I took my cycle support. Then I took 20mg before the gym. At the gym I had horrible pain in my joints. I know this is a common side affect but this early? Also this is my 2nd havoc cycle and the first one I didn't have any side affects. I took that one 20/30/30/40. Ideas? Do I need to drop this back down?

Pick up some glucosamine for your joints.
