He was taking sust/ deca for a 12 week cycle and e wants to know how much Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) to take per week for pct

None. You don't use Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) during pct. You either do it during the cycle or blast before pct.

To blast use 500iu for ten days after last test shot. Wait for days then start serms. So a total of 14 days between last test inject and pct.
