HCG and clomid with Test 250 Cycle

hey guys I just started my first Test only cycle Tuesday. I will be doig 500mg a week of Test for 8 weeks an in week 6, I'll do Winstrol (winny) for weeks 6 - 10.

I'm confused on dosages of Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG). I know that I need to start clomid in weeks 9 - 11 and within 3 days after last clomid, start Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG). but for how long and how much?


Stats are 29 years old 6'4" 225lbs BF%12-13 seeking to get to solid 240 w/Bf 9-10%
