HCG and HMG regaining fertility

Gentlemen,

About a year and a half ago after getting a blood test result showing my total test level at 316ng/dl I began to self administer. All was well until my wife started asking (telling me) if we could have another child. I though "uh oh" but started reading and found HCG. I have been running it at 750iu/wk ( 250iu eod) along side my 150mg/wk test e. Its has been 4 months and I am worried that although the boys are back that they are still not totally back. I have enough HCG to run another 80 days but my question is should I add HMG or wait it out? HMG is expensive but I do want to add another member to our family. Does anyone have any experience with this protocol?

Why don't you get a sperm count? That probably would have been the very first thing I would have done.

Hello,

After a year of not using hCG you may want to use a higher dose than 750 iU/week to stimulate them. 750iU is a lower maintenance dose while on TRT, not when trying to stimulate the leydigs/sertoli again.

Keep in mind that doses as being "strong" "high" "normal" "low" is all in relevance to an individual and their situation.

If the hCG alone doesn't work you could also do a SERM protocol to increase LH/FSH under the premise that you ran the hCG at a adequate dosage and duration.

I have not been to the Dr. yet but a fertility analysis was definitely on my radar. I wanted to give the HCG a chance plus I knew that my count was at the least very low primarily because the wife and I don't use protection.
