Hcg blast necessary for first cycle?

I'm running my first test only cycle at 500 a week for 12 weeks, my question is being my first cycle and a test only cycle would a Hcg blast be necessary at the end of my cycle?

Are you doing test prop or enth? At 500MG a week I'd definitely include some HCG for the cycle, and then obviously follow your normal PCT routine.

I too run it in my cycle 300-500iu every 4-5 days

I never use HCG and recovered with a solid post cycle therapy (pct) protocal. That said... many bros advise to use HCG.

Is Nolvadex at 40/40/20/20 enough for a testosterone enanthate cycle at 250/300MG a week? Most say to include Clomid but I've heard that the side effects is worse than that of Nolvadex.

As a rule of thumb, yes. I never use Clomid, so I can't say. I prefer to use 1 SERM, Torem, and Aromasin for PCT, and recoverd fully from heavy cycles. I use low dose Adex and Nolva to blast any unwanted gyno sides during cycle.

id recommend using hcg , it kickstarts the testes , and yes testostoerne will shut down ur own production , so hcg would be beneficial , nolva should be enough , but clomid nolva seems a better combo , up to you
