HCG for sust 250 and tren cycle

Hey guys,
I'm about to start a 10 week cycle with weeks 1-10 500mg of sustanon 250, weeks 6-10 tren eod. I have nolvadex on hand if needed for during cycle and definitely for PCT. Is it a must to use an Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) also? If so, what do you prefer?

Yeah sure,
31 yrs old, 5'10" 210 lbs. trained for approx 4 years, got married got lazy, been training again for about 6 mo. used nandrolone and eguipoise in the past.

sorry thats tren for the last 6 weeks of the cycle.

If you have testicular shrinkage Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) will make you bounce back very quickly...I would also use clomid over nolva for this...
