i have Hcg here and i am about to take my 1st shot i am gonna take it throughtout the cycle i was wondering what the dosage should be and how do i measure it and also can take the 1st one warm or does it have to be cold ?

also i am gonna take nolva through the cycle will nolv and hcg mess any levels or anything up or should i take the hcg at the end

300-500 IU every 4 or 5 days.

Measure in a slin pin.

Does not have to be cold.

It depends on how much water you reconstitute your HCG powder with. An example is the best way to explain;

Suppose you have am amp of HCG powder that is 5000 IUs. , now if you add in 1 cc water, you now have a solution of 5000 iu/cc, so 500 iu is 1/10th of a cc, or 10 units on a slin pin.

This all changes if you add more or less water.

Let's say you add 2 cc water to the same 5000 IU of HCG, now you have a solution of 2500 iu/cc, so now 500 iu is 1/5th of a cc, or 20 units on a slin pin.
