Need advice on hcg!
I am an early 30's non competitive lifter, 5'11, 245 lbs, about to begin my first cycle after reaching a plateau 2 months ago. I've tried alternating high rep weeks and low rep weeks, multi joint lift weeks and isolation lift weeks...evea week off to focus on cardio and low impact resistance training, but my slump is still there. I eat well and supplement with protein shakes, creatine, vitamins (multi-vi's, mag, zinc, cal), pre workout NOexplode and post workout cellmass. Still in a slump.
I had planned my first cycle thus:
Weeks 1-4: test E (250mg 2x per week-thighs to glutes)
Anavar (10 mgs per day)
Arimidex (1/2 mg per day)
Weeks 4-6: test E (375 2x per week)
Anavar (20 mgs per day)
Arimidex (1 mg per day)
Weeks 6-8: test E (375 2x per week)
Anavar (40 mgs per day)
Arimidex (1 mg per day)
Weeks 8-10 test E (250 mgs 2x per week)
Anavar (40 mgs per day)
arimidex (1/2 mgs per day)
Nolvadex (20 mgs per day)
Weeks 10-12 Anavar (50 mgs per day)
Nolvadex (20 mgs per day)
Pct: weeks 12-14 Nolvadex (40 mgs per day)
Tribulus terrestis and revolution ptc
Weeks 14-16 Nolvadex (20 mgs a day)
T.T. and revolution ptc
Weeks 16-20 go back to normal supplements.
I thought this would be good cycle, but the more research i do, the more i get worried that i should be using Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) to protect my leydig cells and keep my LH balanced? Does anyone else agree? Can anyone else make any suggestions about my cycle, if i need Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) and when i should star using it and doses for my planned cycle?
