Healthy french fries?

Nope

I've been seeing a bunch of french fry brands making their fries with no trans fat and cooked in 100% canola oil. I looked at the nutritional info on the bag and it said there's like 2grams of fat per serving, and moderate carbs obviously, sodium is not high either.

Are these really okay to eat once in a while if dieting? Or are they pretty much just as bad as any fries?

i know exactly the ones you are talking about. Go to Publix and try to find french fries name "KKlogs's french fries" as said before yes 0.5 g fat only per serving and the serving is prety big. very delicious, last night i had some , very delicious

Everything can be had in moderation. Unless you're contest dieting I see nothing wrong with indulging a craving now and again.
