heating up test damages it?

i've been reading lately about people saying to keep test away from heat and light. well i just want to clear up something, do they mean direct heat like putting a lighter to it or something? since i'm on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) and i inject with slin pins and so I've taken a bowl of warm to hot water and put the vial in a baggie and put it in the bowl of water to get the oil to warm up so it's easy to withdraw with the slin pin, it works fine every time. everybody on the testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) forum recommends heating it up so i'm wondering how come here i'm seeing people say to keep it away from heat?

again i just want to make sure they are referring to direct heat or what? i'm pretty sure my test wasn't damaged because on my first blood test i came back with a 1500+ and on the second test since i had split up the injections to 3x a week to lower peaks and slightly lowered the dosage to 200mg a week instead of 210 e5d i came back at a 1200.

so i should be fine to continue warming up the vial like I have been?

I never EVER warm my vials. I never rub them in my hands or anything. I also never have any pip and every injection is extremely smooth.

I only warm it up upside down on the last pin of the vial to get all the oil from off the sides. trying to get my money's worth ;D

Heat as in constant heat or high temps can be harmful, warming the oil not so much.

If its not thick then no need to warm it, and if using a slin pin you should be back filling it.
