Heavy Cycle curious about injection series?

I started my heavy cycle recently so far two weeks which I am inject twice a week, but was wondering if it will be more effective or more lasting in my system if I inject three times per week?

Thoughts?

I read somewhere about the ester (I'm doing long esters) which will exit your body.

my cycle
Dbol kicker 4weeks 1-4
Test E 800mg/week 1-16
Deca 600mg/week 1-14
AI .5 EoD
HCG 250iu/twice/week=500iu 1-15
IGF-LR3
Ghrp-2
Mod-29
PCT
Clomid 50/50/40/40
Novadex 40/40/20/20

I might go longer on this cycle depending how I feel on my deca for 14 weeks which I may push two more weeks on ea ester.

nope just an AI my HCG I was going to stop before my PCT. Thought a week was ok. What I am really wondering is shooting up three times a week maybe so that the long ester stay's in my system longer or does it b/c of the amount? I am not really sure thought I would ask out here on the board.
