Hello all,
How are you guys? You can just call me "Hugh" for now. I've done my research and I have found some items of particular interest on this site that I would like to get my hands on in time. I know this is just my first post, so I have not earned that trust and respect yet, but in time I hope you guys will see me become a valuable member of the community, and that you will be able to provide me with the information I am looking for. Hopefully there are plenty of fellow Canadians on here that will help point me in the right direction.
I'll start it off with a little bit about me.
I'm 21 years old and I have been lifting for over 5 years. I lifted for 3 years naturally achieving a weight of 170 lbs, and I have done 3 steroids cycles to achieve a weight of 190 lbs while "off", and up to 210 lbs when "on". I do not compete, however I am considering competing in the future in the men's physique category.
My current stats
190 lbs
5'9"
11% bf
1 Repetition Maximums
- 330 Bench
- 475 Squat
- 500 Deadlift/ 775 Rack pull
I am currently in College for Fitness and Health Promotions, and I plan on going to University next year for Kinesiology. I do not currently have a job, however I worked at Subway for over 4 years.
I train 5-6 times a week. I have currently been following a Ketogenic diet to burn body fat, so I have been consuming approximately 55% fats/40% protein/ 5% carbs with around 1750 to 2000 calories a day.
My split routine
Mon - Off
Tues - Chest and Triceps
Wed - Legs
Thurs - oFF
Fri - Back and Biceps
Sat - Delts and Traps
Sun - Calves, abs, forearms
I have currently been "off" gear for 20 weeks now, and through the research I have done I would like to do further research as a respected and trusted member of the community. I will admit I am not exactly the most patient person on this planet, so I hope I can earn your trust in a shorter time period then I would anticipate lol.
Anyways, nice to meet you guys. If you have any questions about me, just let me know and I will try my best to answer them. I will hopefully have pictures up soon, and start a training log after I have gathered more research. Look forward to your responses.
Hugh
