What's up guys. I'm new here just wanted to say hello and ask for some advice.
I'm 21, 5'7 @ 200lbs @ 16% body fat. Been training hard since I was 16, so for about 5+ years now. Never done a cycle. I just came off a year's worth of bulking and it worked out nicely for me. I get told I have good size all the time, being that I'm 5'7 - but I've got that soft and slightly pudgy look from gaining some fat.
As far as chemicals go, I have access to pretty much anything. That is not an issue for me. The problem is, I don't know how to PROPERLY do a cycle as I have zero experience with it. I want to do a first-time cycle but I want it to be VERY mild because honestly I'm scared of aromatizing side effects like gyno. I don't necessarily want to gain a ton of size... I'm short as it is and I'd rather just get shredded as I feel right now I'm okay as far as mass goes. My diet is right on and my training is good. I've trained natural for 5+ years now and have gotten a good feel of my body over that time period. I'm also a certified trainer but that's irrelevant in the AAS world.
One of my mates recommended to me that I do an Anavar only cycle - and after doing some research on here and other websites, I get a lot of mixed opinions. Half say a 6 week cycle of 50, 50, 50, 75, 75, 100 (mg per day each week) would be good for what I want. But then a lot of the members on here say that it would be a complete waste. I just don't know what to believe.
Like I said, I'm looking for something very mild and entry-level. I just want something to give me a slight edge so that I can dip my feet in the AAS waters so to speak. I'm very afraid of side effects so I'd rather sacrifice the strength of a cycle for safety. I'm also afraid of needles so I really want to do an oral only cycle but I don't want to screw my liver up. I guess it's a double edged sword. And yes, I know that injectables are far safer and have less side effects than oral cycles - but again, I'm afraid of needles.
Any advice would be appreciated as far as what to take, how much of it to take, when to take it, and how long to take it. I keep logs of my diet and training for 3+ years now, so if and when I do start a cycle I'll be documenting the whole thing daily with pictures and food/training logs.

I've attached a picture of myself if that helps. I just want to make it a point because I've read some of the other threads on here about 18 year old kids coming on, with about 1 year's worth of training experience saying they want to start cycling. I don't really think that's a good idea - I may even be too young (I've read that 25 years old is proper to start bc of declining test levels). Any input you guys can give me would be greatly appreciated.
