Hello Need Diet Help

Im 5' foot and wiegh 115 currently i want to get down to 100. I want to tone up and my trouble spots are my lower tummy and love handles. What excercise would be the best to target those area. I need help creating diet also. i currently do not eat breakfast and usually eat lunch fast food. I eat alot of rice with each meal currently.

Please help create a diet for the entire day.

I'm sorry but you can't spot reduce. The love handles and lower tummy will only go with cardio and diet. You should do abdominal and lower back exercises for core stability, but they won't flatten your tummy.

I don't know enough about your diet to give you any advice but it sounds like a pretty common asian diet. Try to eat something for breakfast. Try to keep the fat intake down. I don't like drastic changes to diet. I think it does more harm than good. Better just to gradually adjust what you do normally and see how your body responds.

melbourne has some good points;adding in breakfast and reducing the simple carbs/fast food will definitely show a reduction in bodyfat. also, by adding in some cardio and weights you will see dramatic results. good luck!
