Help added oats now no appitite.

Ok been working with 3j since last July. The results have been tremendous. So the last stage was a keto version from Dec to March got BF% down to a point where I felt comfortable to start a blast.

We'll started the blast and my goals are a lean bulk. Put on a little size and no fat. We started introducing carbs ( will not get into soecifics of everything), but we added 1\2 a cup of oats to breakfast started yesterday and I'm having a hard time eating the rest of the day. To make the most of things I know I need to eat.

Thinking maybe only do my clen and EC stack once instead of twice a day

Have an email into him just wondering if anyone has some personal experiences in this area to share.
 
First, you can drop the stimulants as you're bulking. Need to save those calories for building muscle mass!

How long have you reincorporated carbs into your diet? It takes me a good week or two before my body is willing to play nice with them, so I'll get upset tummy and gas/bloating until it adjusts.
 
imo drop clen and eca to just doing it once in the morning or half hour before doing your workout clen and eca will suppress your appetite, do you have problems sleeping at night? I've had issues sleeping and loss of appetite doing eca with clen twice a day, I dropped clen all complete and just ran eca in the mornings my appetite increased and I get a better sleep at night

this is the third week of slow introduction so I'm probably just getting used to them again, very gaseous and slight bloating.

Will cut the stimulants just added cause afraid of adding to much fat back on.

Been having a little trouble sleeping bur was attributing that to tren insomnia but I think I'll back off tge clen and EC stack and see how it goes.

Fiber is going to fill you up and slow down digestion. It moderates your blood sugar levels too. You should consult with guys like 3J to see if oats are a good choice when trying to bulk and eat at a caloric surplus. I know you need fiber in your diet... to keep things moving... but perhaps soluble fiber (e.g. psylium husk) would be a better choice?

I should add that I can't imagine that 1/2 cup of oats in the morning fills you up through the whole day though. If it does, I think you just found your magic diet concoction. :-)

Probably more to it as the guys discussed previously. My post is more of a general comment.

Obviously run it by 3J, but it's likely safe to add say 50mcg of T3 to your stack as tren does tend to decrease thyroid output. Lower T3 can lead to a decrease in hunger for sure.
 
There is always GHRP-6 which is supposed to make you famished.

Researching it now. Found quite a few threads saying it really helps in a bulk cycle. Wondering why I don't see ti many people posting about it?

Anyone have any experience with using. GHRP-6? Dosage and duration of use?

I just started trying out GHRP-2 and Mod-GRF together at 100mcg each. I am going to switch to Ipamorelin (in place of GHRP-2) though as I am trying to cut; not bulk. Even the GHRP-2 seems to spike hunger a little bit. I have a recent thread posted in the Peptide Forum. There are many other good threads on peptides in there too
