Help After surgery

Ok so been unable to work out for 2 months. lost a good bit of muscle as well as put on some belly fat. I have nerve damage in my arm so my hand is weak so cant lift heavy if at all. I want to get back into the gym but I will be very limited.

So that brings me to now. How can I lose some belly fat and not breakdown muscle? I have been natty for over a year but have some Winstrol (winny) and some test. I didnt want to push gear cause I cant really lift heavy. My diet has been crappy lately but getting back on track. I just want to get back to close to where i was. Feel like a slug and its fucking with my head. I would like to shred up again and just stay at this size for now. Current weight is 199 height6'2
Let me know what you all think gotta get out of this funk

I am recovering from a shattered ankle and as you can imagine I am very limited in what I can do.
Look at it this way brother, although you are limited in upper body exercises can you still do lower body lifts? This may be a great opportunity to get on a good squat routine. This will burn a ton of calories, keep the testosterone up naturally and let you shred up with proper diet.
You may not get as many compliments on the biceps this summer but you will be able to knock people over when you flex your calves!!!

Bro, I shattered my ankle in NOVEMBER. I just got off crutches a few weeks ago. Lost 30 freaking pounds of muscle and went from 12% BF to 20.5%

I lived on the couch eating pain pills and drinking beer. JUST got back into it bro. Get your head right, log on the board and you will get some motivation. The gear actually helped my mood and motivation. you know how it goes
