My wife has been trainning for 6 months, but she wants to increase her muscle mass cause she is very thin. What should she use? any ideas? Also we would like to know if you have hear of Cardispan (injectable L-Carnitine), and if it really works or have any side effects. For last but not least after almost a year of workout i have notice some stretch marcs in my legs, just below my butt, is there a way to prevent them to spread or "wipe" them out?
