i'm a fitness trainer ,,, training natty for 4 years and want to go on steroids slightly to get more shaped ,,, my muscels are not tone even i shredded ,,, and have 2 week points in my chest and calves
.
i read too much about steroids but need more details in my cycle
my state :
178 LBS
40 KG Muscle
height 183 CM
12% Fat (i can get lower)
i want to make short cycle (6 weeks) which help me to improve my week points and gain about 10 LBS and get more shredded
what's ur recommendation to just only 1 CYCLE ! with a less side effect ?!
