What time was your blood draw at? You definitely are exhibiting signs and symptoms of hypogonadism for sure. Your hemoglobin, protein, rbc's and estradiol point to this as well.

Looking like secondary to me, so I would go find a GOOD doctor that can help you look into possible causes and then discuss potential treatment.

Only thing that looks good to me on those labs is your CBC and Estradiol.

No history of steroids, labs were done at 8:40 am.
